The Bantry features a two story entry foyer, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with an adjoining large dinette area. It has a family room, 2½ baths, master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet, a 2-car attached garage with a storage area, and a covered front porch.

Popular options available with The Bantry include an optional master bath plan with whirlpool tub and a tray ceiling. A tray ceiling is optional in the master bedroom. A brick fireplace is available in the family room and central air is offered for summer cooling.

The Bantry can also be modified to accommodate a 3-car garage as well as a patio through a sliding glass door in the dinette. An optional three bedroom plan with a loft is also available.
