Dunree Homes Offers New Single Family Homes in Manteno's South Creek

Dunree Homes announces the opening of their single family residential community in Manteno's South Creek. These homes will feature 3-4 bedrooms, attached garages, and up to 2910 square feet. Priced from $204,900 a Dunree home is more than a house, it's an excellent investment in your future.

There are two finished and decorated models open for inspection. The Avondale is 3 or 4 bedroom split level style home with 2690 square feet of living space with an additional 670 square feet of basement space, for a total of 3360 square feet. The Avondale has a cathedral ceiling in the living room and a dining room adjacent to a large kitchen with a vaulted ceiling. It has a family room, 2½ baths, master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet, and
a 2-car attached garage with a storage area.

Many popular options are available with The Avondale as well. There is an optional master bath plan with a whirlpool tub and a tray ceiling. A tray ceiling is also optional in the dinette. A brick fireplace can create a cozy atmosphere and central air-conditioning can keep things cool in summer.
